They put Molly to sleep shortly before noon today. I don’t have much more to say about her going, and we appreciate everyone’s sympathy. We love her, she’ll be missed, and we know she’s much better off where she is, and happy. I just wanted to link to Marianne’s entry about our beloved pooch, which brings back many of the fond memories we have of that dog.

I have a humble suggestion to honor Molly. I think we need to have a Murly day, where everyone can change their name Murly-style. Just at “ur” after the first letter in your name. For example, I’d be Jurf, Mike would be Murk, and Mar would be Murianne. Just a crazy idea I thought I’d throw out there. We love you Molly!
Ehehe. That’s a sweet idea. I guess it would have to be the 8th of October, no? Or when should we do it? And thanks Jurf– you were the one who gave Molly the name Murly, though I’m not sure if you slurred her name or said it that way on purpose, hehe.
I love it! Or could my nick-name be Mur? Kinda like a rapper would say it, anyhow. Hehehe. But I like Murkie, and Kurto, and Sturvey. Awesome.
lol, people say my name wrong all the time and it totally sounds like Curissa, as opposed to Clerissa. go figure but they do. I am happy that you seem to be taking this well, in all honesty, it sounds as if she were suffering, and now she is in a better place, it warms my heart to think that my pets of past will be there waiting for me on the other side, for I believe they will be there… Thing is, I need to make sure and make it there 😉
