Dusk
Ah, would have been a good time to try HDR photography if I’d had a tripod and more than just a point and shoot on me. You see absolutely none of the dark blue that was in the sky when I took this photo– it complemented the temple perfectly.

Dude… that was like… a Jedi moment.
I thought I’d flesh out a piece of a dream I had last night (probably this morning since I actually remember some of it.)

Social Networking
This image has nothing to do with the text in this post… but any excuse to post a daily photo is welcome 🙂 I just like the bright pretty colors. This was a flower in one of the gardens outside the Jordan River Temple that I noticed this past Saturday. So I’ve finally been tinkering…

Droplets

That’s no moon…
Ok so it is the moon. Only my second attempt at shooting the moon ever– didn’t have much of a telephoto to use (100mm macro lens) and it’s kinda hard to focus on such a small object, but kinda cool 🙂 I’ll have to rent a telephoto and an extender some time to play with.

Defining the Mood
Have you ever not been able to figure out what it is you were in the mood for? (In this case, what music you’re in the mood to listen to? Warning– music after the jump, in case you have headphones or speakers turned up.)
